The surrounding nature is very beautiful, The room is old, and the cleaning is very bad. The outdoor area has a good environment, the swimming pool is nice, but you have to pay a price. Everything must be paid for with an assessment, such as children's water toys.

샤워 부스 구조와 배수구 위치 때문에 샤워를 아무리 조심히 해도 욕실 바닥 전체가 물에 젖음. 리조트내에서 할 수 있는 것이 거의 없슴. 조식은 가성비 있슴. 오랜 경력이 느껴지는 리조트의 직원들은 친절함.

객실이 노후되어 2번씩이나 룸을 바꾸었고, 그럼에도 화장실 세면대 물이 빠지지 않아 사용을 하지 않고 샤워기로만 사용한 불편함이 있었어요~ 룸 내부 시설 및 배관 공사에 신경을 많이 쓰셔야 겠더라고요~과거에는 괜찮은 시설이었던 것 같아서 안타까웠답니다.

솔직후기 비추! 우선.. 룸 컨디션 더럽고 냄새남. 세월의 흐름이 느껴지는 노후된 시설. 각종시설 대부분 상태 별로임. 20년전 대학교 엠티때 갔던 방보다도 별로..주방, 물품은 도대체 얼마나 쓴건지... 직원? 데스크, 하우스키핑 전화 안받음. 그리고 안내나 응대는 호텔,리조트의 격이 그대로 드러남. 불친절!! 기본적인 안내도 미흡 유일하게 괜찮았던게 바베큐장은 ㅇㅋ.기본세트 시키면 외부음식 가능(이건 실용적) 그러나 이 모든것을 종합해도 여긴 재방문 안함! No 전체 싹 리모델링하고 수영장(운영안함), 부대시설 바꾸고 가격 내리지 않는한 안가요! 싸이트 사진에 속지 마세요 ! 정말 솔직후기 남깁니다.

위치도 좋고 주변 환경도 좋지만 위생 상태가.. 그릇 상태가 깨끗하지 않고, 객실에서 다수 벌레 출현. 베개에 곰팡이 자국 충격. 켄싱턴 계열은 평창, 제주 서귀포, 하동까지 다 가봤는데 이 정도로 깨끗하지 않은 곳은 처음임. 그리고 1층 카페도 너무 더움. 주문도 누락하고.. 이번 가평점은 전체적으로 아쉽고, 재방문은 꺼려질 듯함.

좋은위치와경치, 맛있는식사,친절한직원.but 성수기이용은 글쎄요..^^

아이들 데리고 방학하자마자 다녀왔어요. 성수기라 평소보다 가격이 많이 비쌌지만 멀지않고 야외수영장도 있어 선택했구요. 체크인전에도 수영장은 숙박할인 적용받을 수 있어서 할인가로 이용했어요. 수영장은 놀기에 충분하고 좋았지만 탈의실은 최악이었어요. 제발 개선좀… 저녁 바베큐 이용했고 기대 크게안했는대 퀄리티 구성 양 모두다 너무 괜찮았어요. 아침조식도 가성비 너무 만족했어요. 직원들 다 친절하시고 여러가지로 경치도 좋고 괜찮운 리조트지만 엘리베이터 만원으로 여러번 패스해야했고 객실 청결은 좀 더 신경쓰셔야할것같아요.
