The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either. "Owner greeted us upon arrival and was very nice. We were able to check-in about 1200. Our 2 bedroom room was clean and well maintained. Its overall ambiance was perfect and very relaxing. TV was huge and easy to use. The long private balcony was a plus. Location was great. Upon our departure, the owner even arranged a taxi to take us to the KTX station as we continued our 3 week tour of Korea. This Hanok Stay is the best. We would highly recommend it."
