"This is like faulty towers where the maintenance man is the bar man etc etc found it v odd to have nowhere to hang clothes not even hooks on back of doors yet you get a luggage holder in a room that barely has room for a chair. "Ideal for a 1 night stay. May need to explain that when they say ‘breakfast included’, its a basket including cereals, croissants, biscuits and yoghurt. Not actually a hot breakfast or a breakfast menu in the pub. Lovely staff. Nice and clean room."

"This hotel is next to the Cambridge North train station. Really convenient to not have to walk far with luggage. Train was easy into Cambridge, and bus stops were also conveniently close to hotel. Pool is small (no more than 20 people) I didn't look at the gym facilities. The breakfast was adequate, my opinion is that the breakfast wasn't good value for money, but there are no obvious choices for other places to eat close to hotel. "Terrible stay. Dirty rooms, Breakfast is non-existent and all continental only. A lot of maintenance workers stay here, so you can imagine the standard. Depressing side of the road lodge. It is not a hotel really, more like a youth hostel!"

"The building had lots of character, but it was a little bit dated! The room we had was clean and comfortable but rather hot. We opened the windows and took the duvet out of its cover in order to get to sleep. The breakfast was excellent."
