"Hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I’d love it would have parking included, or at least a discount for the 24-hour parking lot across the street in the parking garage for customers."

"Lovely stay here. Clean, spacious, quiet and convenient location once we figured out the trams. Was just 20ish minutes from the airport as well by Uber. Nice to have a little kitchenette as well for evening tea."

"Unit was very large and clean. Has a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. Only possible issue is that no uber can go down the street. It is at the top of a slight hill, so you must be able to walk up and down a hill. Approx 3-5 minutes up the street from the Fado Museum. Tons of restaurants and markets. Walking distance to most popular places in Alfama.
We hired a proper taxi from the airport and the Police wouldn’t let him drive down the street. It took a long time to get to the hotel due to that issue. Once we got there,Luis met us at the bottom of the street and helped with our luggage.
Our unit had an outdoor terrace and tons of storage space if you need it.
Once we got to the unit we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this property, but you should be able to be physically able to navigate the area by foot. "
