"Great staff and well optimized rooms…they take well care of guests. Also, hardwood floors in the room always help with cleanliness. The only eyesore was the hallway carpets, which had imprint of flooding in some areas. Also, with kids it’s best to have Netflix, etc app directly installed on tv so we could log into our accounts, but had to figure with some hassle thru pairing with my own device."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. The location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and old town. Breakfast is good. My only complain is the pillows. It is very soft, almost flat. I need 3 at least. Otherwise, highly recommend this place. "

"This is a very well-located hotel in Prague’s old town. It’s a bit old-school, but has plenty of charm and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a small suite with a separate bedroom up a spiral staircase. Fun! Nice breakfast too. My only quibble (a common one for many hotels) is the mini-bar. Modern guests want their own fridge, not a bunch of overpriced snacks we can buy at the mini-mart. All-in-all, a small gem tucked into a very lively...
