"The quiet location is great with many main sights, bars and restaurants within 15 mins walk. We booked two standard doubles, same price but one was larger and a much better layout than the other. All the lighting and curtains are operated by touch screen which was fine for us but not so easy for my elderly MIL - who also struggled with the high bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. "

"The location was great. Easy walk to cathedrals, shopping, restaurants and pubs. The hotel had no working elevator. The heat in the room didn’t work and there was no hair dryer. Even if there was a hair dryer, there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom and no mirrors in the in the rest of the room. The walls are very thin and the other guests were very loud. When I tried to call down to the front desk, the phone didn’t work. "
