"Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Casona Las Cinco Calderas. Las habitaciones son limpias y luminosas, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera muy cómoda. Como pareja gay que viaja con un perro, nos sentimos muy bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Nos explicaron claramente las áreas donde los perros son bienvenidos, y apreciamos mucho la enorme zona donde Otto pudo correr libremente. Además, nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y restaurantes donde comer, y cada uno...

"Lovely hotel just out of Santander in a reasonably sized village. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries all close by. Several sandy beaches within walking distance. Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air con was powerful. We stopped here the night before we were due to catch the boat from Santader. Would happily stay here agin."

It's got views of the sea from the terrace, the breakfast is really good - scrambled eggs with bacon, sausages, cold cuts, 3 different types of bread for toast, fresh tomato, plenty of pastries, espresso as well as americano coffee. The room was cozy, nicely decorated, and the bed comfy. Couldn't have been happier."

"Very good clean comfortable room with excellent A/C. The only problem we found was they do not serve meals and there was very little to choose from locally without going out in your car. We did try the restaurant next door but it was a little quirky and not everyone's liking, but the food was good. It is very close to the ferry and well signed. All in all a good overnight stop if traveling to the ferry. "
