"Never felt more spoiled in my life! My only complaint is the time wasted on arrival with them trying to convince you to go to their briefing. However that did not affect my 5 star rating and I would absolutely go back and stay at this resort again. Daniel and Diego were the best butlers, noe at the pool bar and bar downstairs was great. The spa experience is well worth it. The food at all the restaurants is amazing. Luis at Noi was the best waiter. Cannot recommend the resort enough. Please experience it! You won’t regret it! It’s breathtaking."

"We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did."
