"The staff is outstanding. Our butlers spoiled us (Diego and Daniel) The pool staff on the south tower are so attentive, nice, and again spoil us. All the restaurants are unreal delish! We will be there 2-3 times a year"

"Beautiful place! Probably one we will return to multiple times. The service is incredible and I was so satisfied with how clean they keep the rooms and the amenities it comes with. The food tasted good and we dined most of the time there. The staff was helpful and it felt like we were getting treated with the upmost respect and priority. I think the price reflects the value of the property as it’s beautiful, the food is good with decent prices and the staff are friendly. We had a small confusion as to why kids were on the property for most of our stay but had seen they are the owners kids. We were okay with this but it did throw off the vibe a little. Overall it didn’t taint our experience and we still had a great time. We would stay again."
