We did not get the room that we paid for. One of the advertised pools was closed for construction. The food was inedible. We left after the first day. I have been to PV and Cancun many times with no complaints. This was horrible. I will say the staff was nice.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beach was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more special. The food at the restaurants was delicious, with great variety and quality. We truly enjoyed every meal. We spent a few days that were both fun and very relaxing—exactly what we needed. A big thank you to the entire team for their hard work and excellent service. We would definitely love to come back!

The housekeeping staff was extremely slow in responding to requests. Took a few hours to get some towels that were not there at check in. Took about 3 hours to get a plunger for our toilet that got clogged even after asking an employee that was passing by and two trips to the front desk. Housekeeping only came to clean the room once in our entire week there despite having the "please clean room" tag on the door. The kids club staff was absolutely priceless. The girls there recognized that my son was looking for me and helped him find me. There were fun activities for the kids to do and allowed them to bring home some hand made souvenirs. The servers at each of the restaurants were attentive, kind and family friendly. The food was amazing and I appreciate that it was not "Americanized". They kept with traditional Mexican fare and varied the food at the buffet with each meal.
