"We arrived at the Haneda Airport after 10 pm. The location was perfect as the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from Terminal 3 Arrivals. The room was clean and quiet. "

It is a 3 1/2 star hotel at best. An it would be just fine for a 3 1/2 star, but this is absolutely a disappointment believing you are getting and paying for a five star hotel. "

"The hotel is fairly new so everything is in a new condition. The rooms are a reasonable size (for Japan) and very clean. We used the restaurant and the meal was good, though small with limited sides to order. We ate on a Sunday night and were disappointed when they asked us to order desert/drinks at 8pm (due to closing at 9pm), very odd. Breakfast offered a good variety including Western and Japenese options. "
