"we had a fantastic time in this hotel though we only stay for 3 nights but the experience is great. The location is great and accessible if you want to go town areas located just next to expressway. "Room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness. "
