"We did not know about the airport shuttle. My fault. Our room was cleaned by 11 each day and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was all I could ask for and had a great variety. The staff was amazing. They had great attitudes and were very service oriented. Each and every staff member was super friendly and on point to help in any way that they could. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back next year!"

"Location to the convention center is walkable very convenient. Also, Disney parking across the street made it very convenient to get to Disneyland with no issues. The rooms were a little worn but not horrible. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean."
