They upgraded my room right when I got there! Was having an issue with the wifi, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and took care of everything I needed. They have a pretty good breakfast. 10/10 stay. Would recommend to anyone going to Disneyland.

I would stay here again and again. The breakfast was pretty good. Could use some more breakfast ideas but it was good and plentiful. The Disneyland shuttle was I think the highlight! Everyone driver was so welcoming and the morning driver is just the sweetest! Not to mention free parking at the hotel! Definitely book here

Very old property. When we checked in we had to wait 15 min for anyone to even arrive at the front desk. Smelled very old. They do try to keep it as clean as they can. Seemed to be pretty safe compared to closer to the parks. Bed was clean, shower was clean.

I'll start with the positives, the hotel was clean and our room appeared very clean. This place is RUNDOWN! There are missing pieces of ceiling tiles and wallpaper. The curtains in our room had a big brown stain, which terrified our children. The hallways are musty and have that old smell. The property is right next to a highway which is pretty noisy, if you are a light sleeper I highly suggest you book elsewhere. The few staff members that we did encounter were helpful. The dining room is large but the the breakfast was underwhelming to say the least.

The room smelled really horrible couldn’t make out the kind of smell, the doors on the outside hall and carpet was really dirty. I didn’t feel very good with my stay. The pool was nice and clean my kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good just was missing protein and fresh fruit.

Pros- Staff was awesome! Very pleasant and extremely helpful and accommodating. Outside area was nice and pool was fun for the kids! Cons-Property is extremely dated. Walls, carpets, railings are dirty/cracked. Hallways and rooms have distinct not pleasant odor. Windows have no sound resistance, a lot of sound from outside traffic. Kept checking if windows were open. Rooms were overall clean. Breakfast options are mediocre and bland. Would not stay here again.

We had some personal items that were kind of thrown around after housekeeping tended to our room but no big deal it was a personal pillow and blanket that was tossed to the side after the bed was made. We had problems with our key both nights, there was some paper Rosie in the frame of the door, the breakfasts was simple but good, and chase help us every time we needed, shuttles to Disneyland on time, if you’re looking something adorable just to sleep is a good to go
