"Loved the hotel and location… Didn’t like the staff at Vita restaurant. Our server, literally “dropped” off menus and said he would be back, didn’t ask if we wanted a drink or anything else. Honestly acted as if he couldn’t be bothered with us. We walked to Red Robin for dinner. David the valet was super nice and helpful. Wish all their staff was a nice as him. The lady that checked us is was also pleasant."

"Room was clean, property location was almost directly across the street from Disneyland entrance. The staff restocked our towels daily. My only issue was there was no USB plug in for phone chargers. I have stopped traveling with the block as every place I’ve stayed at in the past several years always has one. The little store on property had a block for purchase but just an FYI to future visitors, bring the wall block for your charging cables!"
