Very sweet old style onsen. Water was wonderful and kenseki dinner was a real treat. Staff very friendly courteous and helpful. Beds and linen comfortable and very clean. The hotel is aging. If you are looking for an authentic experience, this is it!

Located in a rural area that is close to some beautiful natural sights. A short drive from the UNESCO heritage site (old growth beech forest). We came in early November and were a bit late for the peak fall colours, but there were still plenty of vibrant orange and yellow leaves. Hotel itself is showing its age, but they keep the rooms very clean. Kind and courteous staff made us feel welcomed. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet nature escape.

2泊しました。施設自体古くメンテナンスやお掃除が今ひとつでしたが、スタッフの方はフレンドリーで良かったです。お食事は1泊目の夜ご飯と2日目の朝食は素晴らしくとても美味しかったのですが、2日目の夕食が1日目より量も質もややグレードダウン、朝食もビュッフェになり残念でした。とは言え、また白神山地に行く際にはこちらにお邪魔したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

義母の笑顔と秋田宿泊に想いを寄せて…

何回かこちらのホテルを利用させて頂いてますが、今回が一番リラックスできました。多人数家族で宿泊しましたがそれぞれの空間スペースを維持可能なお部屋のつくりと広さで、楽しく過ごせました。また温泉はいつも通り気持ち良く、プールにも入りました。ただ朝飯ですが、中年以降の方々にはちょうどいいメニューだと思いますが、小学生以下だと食べれる物が厳しいと思いました。…ふりかけは欲しいですね。 とてもいい実家への帰省を兼ねた旅と思い出になり、またいつも通り、次回も宿泊させて頂きたいです。
