"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Really not worth the money. A toilet that stank and it was hard to enter for the whole family, a balcony that had no sun whatsoever all day, ceilings so thin I felt the family upstairs were literally in my apartment, ski lockers so narrow it was impossible to open lockers etc and when I flagged the issues - no help whatsoever.
