"Great stay from start to finish. Friendly staff at the front desk. The cookie you get on check in was amazing. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. Bathrooms had a luxurious feel with great pressure and heat from the shower. Room had a beautiful view of the river. Would stay again!"
"Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available.
Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room."
"We were happy with our stay here! The property was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly! Everyone was happy with breakfast. Didn’t even have a little time to swim in the pool. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. "

"Dope hotel, it’s an older style design but very clean and taken care of. Super nice room, had lots of space. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the a/c in the hallways but it was very hot walking through the hotel. As for the room itself it was very cool and comfortable so the heat was only in the hallways. I will be booking here again if I’m in Saginaw. "
