The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious & clean. The only problem is the room refrigerator only gets mildly cool, it doesn't keep food/drinks cold. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Carpet not swept.... Did not discover until cleaning up in the morning... Brunette hair on brown carpet cling to out feet. We have blonde and gray hair, so it's not ours.... Also before the hair. noticed dust bunnies sticking to the popcorn ceiling...yuk!!!

Staff Amazing 👏 very kind! Rooms were not the cleanest. Hair in bathroom. Stuck to towels and walls. Old food left in fridge. Ice machine had dirty brown water, etc. Pool broken.

The person on duty was accommodating. The pool or the hot tub wasn’t available so she upgraded me to a king suite with jacuzzi in the room. That made the stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The pool and hot tub was down for remodeling, but it wasnt advertised as being down. The hotel was clean though, and the staff was nice.

Pool was closed and nothing was posted online. We were coming with our kids so that was a huge disappointment. No refund or credit was offered. Would NOT recommend.

Everything is newly done. The breakfast was a get what you pay for experience and it was free. Not good but as expected. Close to things but out of the way. Comfortable and clean.

I liked the room. It was recently updated though, a few things were missing. There wasn’t a dresser, bathroom exhaust fan or toilet paper holder. Also, Expedia didn’t mention the construction and how the pool and hot tub were out of order. That was the reason we booked here. The manager was very kind and helped us with this issue. I’d stay here again once the remodel is complete.

It was pretty far outside of French Lick requiring us to drive to town for dinner. The motel is under reconstruction but nothing was said about this when I made our reservations. The pool & hot tub were shut down as well. My wife said the bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, too. It was way, way overpriced for the conditions. Very disappointing. The staff was friendly and tried to make the best of the situation for us but overall it was a very disappointing weekend.

Not great
This was not a great stay for our family. Our beds had hair on the "clean" sheets. The refrigerator was not working so items we planned on keeping cool were wasted. The hot tub was closed which was stated on their website. But on arrival, it looked like it was closed due to ceiling pieces falling into the hot tub. That is something that needs to be cleaned up to make the pool area more enjoyable for all even if the hot tub cannot be used.

The only reason for the 4 stars was because the pool and the hot tub were not working. That was the main reason we stayed there. Other than that, the stay great.

The hotel is being renovated, but the portion we saw was nice. We requested a handicapped accessible room and it was spacious. This was nice.as we were visiting with family and had relatives also staying in the hotel and this gave the kids room to play.

Relaxing getaway
The breakfast food was fresh and tasty, better than most. The hot tub would benicer 1 or 2 degrees hotter. This was one of the cleanest motels i have stayed in in a long time. Good job.

Hair/ debris under the sheets and bed padding.
Had to move room 3 times due to each room being filthy. I checked under the sheets and there was hair under the sheets and padding in each room, as well as the pillows. Front desk was kind about it and so was the head cleaner, but their staff is awful. Must be too hard for them to do their job and change sheets. I understand the first room. But the second two rooms as well? It used to be a good spot, but I would not recommend staying here.

This is 2nd stay at this location. Room was not as nice as last visit, but it was on the first floor, and I beleave they are in process of renovating the rooms on the first froor. We like that we can bring are fury children here as well.

Liked the property staff was pleasant, access to dining was fair to poor most of the restaurants closed at 6:00PM on Sunday and weren’t open on the holiday, would have been nice had they had a list of open restaurants and options.

I had a great stay. I had two annoying issues. I could hear the people above me walking around, and their TV was loud, and I had to go down and ask for soap and toothpaste. Other than those things the place was clean and the staff were great.

Great place to stay. It was our 4th time here. Will be back next year. Hot tub was hot pool was clean and water was nice not real cold. Rooms were clean beds were pefect check in and out easy, hot breakfast, safe, quite.
