I was not satisfied with my stay. The room was not clean, and I found cockroaches and other bugs. The bed was very old and noisy, and the sofa was also old and torn. Overall, the room needs better cleaning and maintenance. I hope the hotel can improve these issues for future guests.

The property location is hidden from noisy main road which is good. The staff is bare bone and no one is found at the front desk. The hotel is clean but few things that disappointed me were: 1) breakfast is a dismal coffee and bar and muffin if you find one. 2) The dishes, bowls and utensils had to be requested explicitly and not already available in the room. 3) Even after making the request for Dishes, no one brought it to the room. The rate was decent and that may be reason why the hotel seemed minimalistic. For budget friendly person it is worth every penny but if you are willing to spend more, you can get better choices to its next door.

Rooms was dirty and in poor condition, property has defered maintainemce issues throuhout. Doors to hotel were left open because they were broke and the area has many transients wandering throughout the night. Some of the rooms are reserved for homeless residents and saw some drug use on premses

A clean and comfortable place but no breakfast

The price and location are good. The deluxe studio was big and comfortable. However no room cleaning service provided. And no breakfast during the stay of a few days and the receptionist said the breakfast delivery service vendor couldn’t deliver the foods for the entire week. Very strange. But price was supposed to include breakfast. Also the pool is closed this summer.

The hotel was dirty.very dirty. This is the worst Expedia affiliated property that I am staying in. The only good thing amity this property was the staff. They were good and attended to me professionally and apologized for my concerns and unhappiness.

*****Warning***** Found roaches in room 403 and spiders. Needs better up keep. The entry door to building B wouldn’t open then went around to the main entrance found the doors wide open what the purpose of having to use your card keys to get in if the doors are open to the property for anybody to get in. The Beds were neatly made and clean but the roaches over shadow any good comments of the unit or property. I have pictures of the roaches in my room if you would like me to send them to you. Will never stay here again or recommend it to anybody else. I’m glad I didn’t notice them roaches on my first night of my 2 day stay. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. 👎

Hopeless people right across the street. The front desk person was very, very, very rude. She talk but never listens, as soon as i spoke she talked over me. I was never able to tell her that someone was trying to get in my room, they finally left, but if they came back I was going to call the police. I questioned the room i was in, she told me 7 times, "thats what you paid for". Screaming she doesn't talk she screams. I told her let me talk,"no i know what you want" my husband is in the hospital there and will be for at least another week. I found another hotel that was peaceful, pleasant, without a KAREN At the desk. Thank you
