They said the Casino was open but it isn't. I know they went through a hurricane recently, but this property still needs work before I can come back to it.

The overall experience at this facility was one of a kind. The check in was pretty good and I was surrounded by local business and banking which made my trip a breeze. I will definitely visit again.

I liked that the property was in Town. I could walk to food places n store. What i didn't was the air conditioner was on a Timer. Everytime it stop it interrupted my sleep.

We do not advertise that our room have appliances in them as not all of the rooms do. At the time of you checking in, the rooms that had appliances were all rented

Also, our alarm system kept going off due to our power company fixing an issue that caused our power to dip in and out. This was the reason the alarm kept going off. These were situation out of our controlled and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Worst hotel on grand Bahamas
My stay was a the worst i ever had at a hotel will not be bringing any one to this place or reccomend to my employees the place if falling down cracks in wall abandon cars on premise the other rooms looks like a fiea market used furniture's will never come back to this place also i will make a complaint to all the booking companies

Overall, I was made to feel very welcome. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous. The only drawback was that there was nowhere close to eat a decent breakfast and I had to travel to Lucaya for a proper meal. The room was clean and comfortable, towels were replaced every day, and I was quite satisfied. TV reception was limited and the picture was not very good though. The pool was lovely, and there was plenty of room to do 'laps'. Shame the Jacuzzi wasn't working.

This last time i was there was in 2014. It is still as quiet as i remember and tbe food is still so good. I think they need to upgrade these room tho. There is a phone in the room that does not work you cant call out not even dail 0 for the front desk....so i dont know why its even in here. Luckily the front desk is very close and the lobby staff are welcoming and nice to be around... I enjoyed it here. And will definitely return.

The staff was very nice and welcoming but the condition of the room was terrible the sheets was dirty and the room was full of bugs. The shower wasnt cleaned dark black dirt in the walls and full of bugs. Very nasty
