"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"This was the second time we have stayed at the Hotel Stadt Hannover. It is a good category 3 hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and a good breakfast. The staff were very helpful≥"
