Das Hotel bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet an, das man nicht missen sollte. Auch sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es fehlte an nichts.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön gestaltet und modern. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich groß, in gutem Zustand und sauber. Die Tiefgarage ist ziemlich groß und gut erreichbar. Zu bedenken ist, wer ein Zimmer nach vorne raus hat, es ist ziemlich laut, da es sich um eine vielbefahrene Straße handelt. Absolut negativ ist aber leider die sogenannte „Klimaanlage“. Ich habe das Hotel extra wegen der Klimaanlage gebucht, jedoch war das eher eine Lüftung mit ganz ganz wenig Wind. Es wurde so warm, dass wir nachts nicht schlafen konnten. Fenster auf, hat auch keine Abkühlung gebracht bei derzeit 25 grad nachts, zudem war es extrem laut. Ich bin dann nachts um 3 Uhr runter zur Rezeption, weil ich dachte es liegt am Zimmer. Dort war ein wirklich sehr sympathischer und vor allem emphatischer Mitarbeiter. Er hat mir versucht so gut es geht zu helfen. Ich habe mir ein anderes Zimmer angesehen, jedoch war dort das selbe Problem. Er hat mir dann einen Beutel mit Eiswürfeln gegeben zur Abkühlung im Bett. Das war eine kleine Hilfe. Aber, wer bei hohen Temperaturen Abkühlung durch eine Klimaanlage erwartet, wird hier leider sehr enttäuscht…

Very nice place. Not super-central, but close to the university and an easy 15-min walk into the center, with a couple of supermarkets close by. Also discovered a great Persian neighborhood restaurant (Queen's) around the corner.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und waren wirklich begeistert. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Aufteilung in zwei getrennte Zimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Das bietet viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Toll ist die flexible Verbindungsmöglichkeit: Man kann die Zimmer bei Bedarf miteinander verbinden oder jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich für sich. Toll für Familien, vorallem mit Teenagern!

Overpriced for what they offer -- no closet, no desk. There was a disruption in hot water supply -- reception simply said it was not their responsibility and did nothing about the situation. Even though the shower room was very spacious, water pressure left much to be desired. And the shampoo did not pump out shampoo, so I wasn't even able to wash my hair. Unbelievable for the price they charge. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I don't think I will be returning to this hotel.
