"Lovely rural location, a couple of miles from a small village with nice restaurants and shops. Close to Bewl Water."

"Spa facilities poorly maintained wood splitting in sauna, no steam room very small pool and small dirty changing facilities. Inadequate gym facilities literally 1 treadmill Old dirty carpet and room smelled old. Tv was inadequate old 1st generation TV. Terrible WiFi signal Reception staff friendly but catering staff not.
