"Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel lobby and lounge was welcoming and comfortable, our room was a bit small but clean and had everything we needed, location was great and walkable to many nearby Christmas Markets. "

One thing of note though is that the shower has a clear glass wall with a curtain on the other side (the person in the shower has no control over it being pulled back) which I found to be quite odd. But our room was clean and had the necessary amenities."
