"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. My only complaint is that there was major construction right under our window so the noise was quite loud in the morning and most of the day. Looking out to that wasn’t the best view. But the hotel itself and staff were very good. "

Wish they started sooner or we had gotten a remodeled room Air didn’t work so luckily we were able to keep windows open Carpet was in desperate need of replacing Some moldy spots in shower Other than that it was a great location and spacious apartment"

"Great shower , very good omelettes at breakfast, rooms clean but some things lacking like a coffee machine and a fresh smell. Comfortable bed but no ergonomic cushions available. Location decent although some dodgy places close by but I suppose that’s Germany now. Staff were polite and helpful. If I were ever going to Frankfurt again I would stay there again. Good value for money"

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Many restaurants, retail stores and sights within walking distance. Fitness room has everything an exerciser needs. I highly recommend this hotel."
