"This place needs to be reported to the health authorities. We arrived to find the room not cleaned at all,a dirty pair of u dear and 1 sock on the bathroom floor garbages still full and the floors had not been cleaned in weeks. So much dirt under the chair. Went to the front desk to report it and the cleaners admitted they had not cleaned it. When we went back to the room afterwards,the garbage was emptied,clean towels but that was it. It stunk of pot. The next morning we had breakfast and left for the day. When we got back late that night to find overflowing garbage from that mornings breakfast when we got up to our room, it had not been cleaned. We called the front desk who told us they wouldn’t clean the room because we complained earlier. This place is terrible and should be shut down."

"Unfortunately the pool was under construction and we were not alerted to that prior to on Orbitz or WT’s website. The curtains were pretty filthy and we had a stand up shower that drained incredibly slow. The front desk staff was pleasant and helped with directions however requesting towels it took 2 stops down to the desk and an hour later to get what we needed. I always register for 4 guests and receive 3 towels!"

"Room was not clean at all. The lady that checked me in refused to give me a clean room, and she had a bad attitude. However the last night I stayed another staff member fixed the issue. I hate I didn’t talk to the other start member prior but do not book this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, but they wouldn’t come clean your room every day after they ask you did you want them to come clean the room every day besides that it is nice big rooms I like that and very convenient convenient in the Oak Brook area. Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice."
