"Great Service!"

"Did not get the room type we booked, closet light never went off and maintenance never showed up. Garbage pick up at 5:30 AM did not help matters overall either! Would never stay here again! Book the hotels across the street for a better experience at the same price!"

"Great Service!"

"Just seemed like the senior management made a decision to understaff the property this weekend. Elevator was down a full day but repaired in time for our departure. Parking is really expensive so just factor that into your decision. Maid service came at 9am and we asked her to return in an hour but they never came until we came in from a full day away so had to wait for late maid service and towels etc."

"Very functional, nice hotel with big rooms."

"Ice breaker broke Had a bottle in the bed when I got there Breakfast wasn’t very good at all"

"Very welcoming and helpful staff. Showed great compassion, as we stayed so that our dog could get radiation therapy at the nearby veterinary cancer clinic. It was great to be surrounded by so much grass and the Boulder recreation trail."

"There were some nice aspects to the property, the common rooms and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are in subpar condition and the floors didn’t feel especially clean. In contrast, the bedding and towels were in good condition. It’s just a shame the property doesn’t feel more refined and cared for."

So ...even though I had proof of the confirmation on my phone they took about a 1/2 hour of our standing around to find some IT guy to straighten it all out and get us to our room. To be fair, on first glance the hotel is stunning. But the noise level at the mammoth bar i the lobby is annoying. However on first glance the building is well done, very attractive colors, good design. The corridors...

"Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box? I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder."

"Breakfast was great. Only issue was the slamming door noise from other rooms. Need soft close doors."

"Very nice hotel. Love the courtyard and fire feature, lobby was very nice. Staff were efficient, rooms serviced every other day. Our room was very nice. Disappointments, no hot tub or sauna, they wouldn't make/sell Starbucks coffee unless it was in the morning for breakfast. They have the equipment, but they refuse to use it when requested. Breakfast is not included. Menu options limited. Staffing at the bar didn't start until possibly 5pm, so you can't purchase anything until then. Water...
