"I booked a room suite with queen bed. The young guy in the front desk checked me in a double bed smelly room. It was too late for me to go back to the front desk, just want to sleep after a long drive. "

"Scam - it’s cheap for a reason. They claim to be a smoke free property and guests will be charged $200-$250 if you smoke in your room. They have an “inspector” review the room after you check out. Basically someone they pay to tell liars and charge guest even more money. They charged us $200 after we left and claimed we smoked in our room, which is false. I called 3 times to talk to a manager and they are refusing to call me back. Crap motel "

"This was our second stay, both times in the same building. The 2 bedroom layout was great for us with 2 kids, lots of room to accommodate different bed times and love having the kitchen. The water was hammering at first and the kitchen was missing baking sheets and oven mitts but those were minor. Breakfast is great and the front staff were very friendly, even helping us by holding some baby equipment we rented that was dropped off and picked up when we weren't there. We still haven't checked out the gym, pool, or laundry, but it's I'll definitely consider this hotel again if we're back. "
