Positives: Night staff was good and welcoming. Room, linens, bathroom, bed were clean. Easy access Plenty of parking Negatives: Morning staff seemed rude, I was denied basic tap water to fill my water bottle and was asked to purchase it from the vending machine instead. The listing says coffee maker, but the room was missing the coffee maker, coffee and sugar sachets in the room. The breakfast area closes at 9 am, so after that no access to coffee. Iron was missing. Microwave in the breakfast area was broken. Although expected the place has the lowest quality breakfast (Svenhard's )

Rooms were small, tight and barely had amenities. While I liked the LED bathroom mirror, that was it. Towels were thin to the point of threadbare. They pretty much skimp on everything else. I stayed 4 days but was only provided one tiny bar of soap, and one small sachet each of shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was very sparse and basic. You know how some hotels take the extra effort to make sure you're comfortable and have a "home away from home " ? This establishment isn't it.

The room made a motel 6 look like good. The room was wet and moldy. Stains and holes in the bed linen and the flooring. Bathroom sink leaked. No ice bucket but ice machine wasn’t even working either. My family was evacuated due to the chemical spill in Garden Grove/Stanton and had no choice but to get here because the options were minimal due to having pets. Never will I stay there again. Or even recommend to anyone.

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Our rooms (we had 2) were below par though. One had toilet issues and didn’t flush often, bedding was old and torn, and the AC was broken. The other room had small roach like bugs.

The Internet was acceptable. Was slow a few times throughout my weekend stay. Breakfast was a little lack luster with it only having Waffles, Muffins, Cinnamon rolls, coffee, and juice. Didn't have any water to drink or to fill my water bottle. The room was comfortable and clean, but bathroom had a small packet of shampoo for my weekend stay. Staff was nice and understanding when it came to things I was confused about. Overall the stay I had was good.

The room was nice but the floor was dirty. Couldn't tell until after a shower, when you feel it on your feet. The TV showed that there was no internet. When we spoke with the front desk, they stated it was affecting the whole hotel. Funny, their computers and TV in the lobby worked. Humm. The shower water was kinda warm one day but the next day, it ran for 20 minutes and was still cool. When we checked out, we told the front desk and all they asked was, "Did you tell anyone?" My husband stated that the TV issue had been brought up Friday, and Saturday, then again upon checkout. The water was only an issue Sunday, but that is when it was addressed. The breakfast is extremely lacking. There were some packaged pastries, juice, and 1 waffle maker for the whole hotel. Not even worth the time to wait for a waffle. Location was good, and bed was comfortable.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I admit, there were a few good things. One good thing was I encountered only one Cockroach, which I stepped on to make sure it wasn’t going to get to my bed. The other good thing is the flying insects were confined to the bathroom. The overwhelming smell of smoke did dissipate after I turned the good air conditioner on. Good thing I did bring my personal wash cloths, which worked out, since the towels offered were stained. Oh, just about forgot, the hair dryer did not work. The room overall looked recently cleaned, although the black like mold in the tub edge was obviously over looked since 1997. The “Flip” lock on the door was broken, could not be used. Be assured I will dispute the charge for my stay. I will show the pictures of the roach & stained towels on line. Yes, I did not call the office to complain. My flight was delayed and caused me to check in at 11:00pm., it was much too late to look for a different hotel. If it was earlier, I would have. Also, moving to a different room would not help as I would rather have left the property and besides the gentleman at the desk did mention I was checking into the last room in the hotel. I sincerely remain, Ron
