Standard Campanile fare. Location on the edge of the town was the only real downside. Excellent breakfast provided file for the day's cycling ahead. Book a ground floor room if cycling so you can put the bikes in the room more easily.

Une remarque, il est indiqué que la réception ferme à 23h, en fait si vous n'avez pas payé à l'avance votre chambre (ce qui était mon cas avec hotels.com) il faut régler la chambre avant 22h30 car entre 22h30 et 23h le personnel fait sa caisse.

Dans le adresse d'un périple, réservations faites sur Campanile auxquels nous sommes habitués. Celui ci est très bien, propre, personnel parfait. Accueil sympa. Ça change de celui de Villefranche sur Saône.. horrible expérience

Impression de mal venus

L'accueil n'était pas très accueillant , pas de sourire , pas très chaleureux. Nous avions l'impression de déranger . La personne préférait accueillir les personnes qui venaient pour manger. Chambre a côté d une zone de passage , pas très bien insonorisée, porte non isolante La femme de ménage est rentrée dans notre chambre a 10h15 du matin alors que nous étions encore dedans ....

Plutôt surpris sans restauration

Simplement déçu du fait qu'encore une fois le restaurant était fermé alors qu'on avait reçu un mail d'hotels.com précisant venez déguster les bons petits plats concoctés par nos chefs ! Sinon personnel arrangeant puisqu'on jous a proposé une pizza.

Decevant ...

En arrivant dans l'hotel apres une journée en route nous n'avons pas remarqué rapidement ( pour demander changer la chambre ) que le raduateur electrique ne marche pas , et la chasse d'eau ne marche pas aussi , le soir du dimanche le restaurant est fermé ( une pizza a été proposé ) ...L'hotel a été presque vide , pourquoi nous donné une chambre avec des defauts ? par contre nous aimont sejourner dans "Campanile" !

A notre arrivée l’accueil remise des clés. Puis on nous à proposer si nous voulions se restaurer sur place . Chose faite , seulement on nous averti que le repas sera entre 19h00 et 20h30 .Un peu tôt 20h30 ! Pas de cartes pour les menus ( sur flash code ) uniquement. Pour choisir le vin cela a été au hasard ! Très décevant . Le lendemain matin je m’aperçois des horaires affichés dehors du dîner (19h00 jusqu’à 22h00) .ils font comme ils veulent ! Et un conseil la semaine petit déjeuner de 6h30 à 9h00. Quand on est en séjour c’est trop tôt. J’oubliais le buffet petit déjeuner ridicule, peu de choix . Service zéro .Très déçu pour un Campanile on a connu mieux.
