"Great location and clean room… but all in all poor value for money. Amenities are meh and the property is quite old… I had multiple misunderstandings with the staff… laundry service I had to pay 60usd for a few t-shirts because they understood Express, also needed and extra night (after 7 nights booked) and they only offered me a room at double what I paid…. Staff did not care about the laundry misunderstanding and just charged me.. for that price, very unprofessional and unfriendly. Not coming...

"Hotel is beautiful. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Rooms are clean. The food selections could be better. Sometimes the food was cold at the buffet. "Th service was really great at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious every morning, the locations was amazing, beach front but in a calmer part of Copacabana, not in the middle of the action. It was nice to go outdoors but then come home to a more peaceful corner of the neighborhood at night. There were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The only downside is the our room was very small, but I guess that’s expected with a boutique hotel. The pool and gym were also small but they worked....
