"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hospitality is bar none and the experience is ethereal. You can almost image the days leading up to the battle of 1746 unfold walking through the halls and the grounds. Lots of delightful surprises I won't spoil that make the experience unique and special from music, to gardens, to the hospitality."

"The castle itself is so beautiful and cozy, but the staff absolutely make the experience. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary there, and the staff went above and beyond to make our time there special. "El hotel es un hotel típico de cadena, pero está bastante cómodo, cuenta con habitaciones amplias y limpias. El desayuno es bueno y el personal fue muy amable en todo momento con nosotros. Muy importante si vas con auto es que cuentan con un estacionamiento bastante amplio y gratuito ya que es del hotel. La ubicación es buena, nosotros fuimos caminando al centro y llegamos en 12-15 minutos. La zona es bastante segura."

"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would...

"Food was fabulous!! The staff was helpful and our was clean."

"Executive Room: No cleaning, bath full of ex guests bathing. Wardrobe right beside tv so couldn’t open properly and when opened full of dust. Dirty sheets and ‘used clear gloves ‘ behind drawers to bathroom. Cobwebs all over the ceiling and a view of the bin area. No money spent on hotel since 2005, unless hidden, why any hotel in its position would do as little as this to improve guest experience is beyond me. Have these silly guest sotting rooms on the first foot ever been used, it isn’t 1940...
