"Lovely Staff!"

"This year i had a problem with the heating. Reception helped me get it switched on but it went off at night around 8pm & i was cold. I think the timef needs adjusted."

"We only stayed one night while waiting for our air BnB, but it was wonderful! Everything was clean and fresh. The room was big and had everything we needed. It smelt amazing. The staff were so kind and accommodating! Highly recommend. "

"Good hotel close to Haymarket train station. Hotel had a good feel, with a friendly bar, lounge area. Our ‘Roomy’ accommodation was in a townhouse on the opposite side of the street from the main hotel. While this was okay it was not mentioned at the time of booking and our key had to be reset 3 times for one overnight stay. Not ideal when you have to keep walking back across to the main hotel in the rain and snow!. The decor was clean and fresh and the facilities such as steamer had never been...

"This place was absolutely spotless! Very accommodating as we were able to store our luggage onsite while we waited for check in. Staff were very responsive. Location wise, it is in a great spot. Tons of food and things to do nearby and everything is walkable. I loved being able to dial in a code to get in and out of the building as well as our room so I did not have to worry about a key card since there is no front desk. Will definitely book with them again next time I am in Scotland! "

"Placed a couple of roads back from Princes Street, this hotel was in a great position to walk to most tourist sights. The check in was quick and they held suitcases until the room was ready. The apartment was bigger than expected and really clean and modern, with everything provided for a short stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer!
