"Upon checking in at the Orchid Key Inn for the final leg of our 10 year wedding anniversary trip, my husband and I were immediately made to feel welcome by the nicest staff member called Enrique. The property itself was super clean, wonderfully located just off Duval Street (no noise heard considering how close it was) and had great amenities including a lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a fantastic bar. "The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again."

"Pool and hot tub were awesome the tropical vibe was like an island paradise. The #5 room however was a bit small I would have preferred a bigger room. The toilet area was a bit too small for my liking. Maybe a different room next visit because outside of that this place is a wonderful place to visit. There really isn’t any parking on site so you have to go about a half mile down and pay $15 for unlimited time. But that was ok with us we walked and road bikes the whole time. It was great."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Boca Grande room. The room and property were clean and comfortable - great AC! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but a bit on the small side. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The hotel is within a few block walking distance of Duval Street and other local attractions. Parking is easy and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I’d highly recommend the Conch Heritage Inn!"

"Loved our stay here. Upon arrival we were offered complimentary drinks and check in was a breeze. Our room was so coxy and clean. The grounds were like being in a tropical Paradise! Everything was perfect. Right on Duvall Street and we walked everywhere. Plenty of restsurants and bars. We tried several restaurants, but our fav was Havana Island Cafe (I think). "This is a wonderful old mansion. I love that they did NOT modernize it to the point it’s lost its charm and character. The staff were amazing. The room was nice, clean and cool with a nice view. I would highly recommend staying here. The only negatives experienced is the noise level. Be prepared to hear propane trucks at 6 in the morning stopping at the cafe and the smell of the seaweed can get pretty rough. "The pool and surrounding area was very nice. We appreciated the lounge chairs & complimentary towels. The breakfast was a lovely surprise! Coffee, juices, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc etc. It was very convenient to walk out our door and grab breakfast from the gazebo. A couple opportunities for improvement: need more space in both the bathroom (for toiletries) and in the room (for luggage and to put our stuff). Also need more hooks to hang wet towels or swimsuits."
