Your housekeeping team is excellent. I found the room spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend checking into small appliances for your establishment. Small fan was broken and your iron is very outdated. Other than minor details the stay was fantastic.

This was a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient (admittedly, weekdays, shoulder season).The check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and responsive. They left a bottle of wine in the refrigerator for us! It was still there when we left, we don't drink, but it was a nice thought. I would definitely stay here again!

Grand Guesthouse was exactly as advertised. We liked that there was free parking and we could walk to everyplace we wanted to. There was bike rentals available for reasonable pricing if we wanted to venture out further.

This is sooo cute, clean and convenient. Was able to bike to Mallory square at sunset. Then able to hit Duvall Street on the way home. Manager is so nice and incredibly helpful. Definitely will stay here again
