The hotel reception and lobby was under massive construction during our trip. We were not aware of this and probably wouldn’t have booked had we known. The noise and confusion was not ideal given the cost per night. Given the location and other amenities though I would consider booking again assuming the construction is complete

The hotel is very nice. The entire set up and location is great. However, they should fire the food and beverage manager as the fine dining and the breakfast was just horrible. That ruins the reputation of a good hotel.

Nice stay, large room, odd bathroom doors, great location. we got a great off season rate of $229, I would have been disappointed if i had paid significantly more. The pool was my favorite part, it overlooks the water, nice chairs and a nice bar. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Loved how walkable this property is to everything Key West. We never had to drive. There are so many great restaurants nearby and the ones on site are delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, the lobby smells AMAZING and you will feel like you’re in paradise!

Staff were very sweet and offered everything they could to make our stay the best. The room was comfortable and in good shape and recently renovated. The negatives were that the hotel was under major construction, including two elevators down. There was a sliding door over a window into the shower, not really our thing LOL, but it also allowed light from the bathroom into the room. The music at Sunset Pier was great. The food was just ok. Great location close to everything.
