"We booked the room in nov.25 , when we arrived here ,Apparently over the 9 months they got sold out. The room they gave us, we were stuck in the corner right over the garbage !!Which was picked up at 5am When we checked in Sam at the front desk had a hard time to get away from his phone to get us checked in, Then we find out parking your car has a fee of 15.00 per day. The bathroom has only 1 place to hang any towels, the shower leaks onto the floor , so the bathmat is hung on the shower...

"nice area on the harbor with a great view. despite the "traffic" in the harbor, pretty quiet. unfortunately, while the panoramic window was lovely, the blackout blind was in two pieces, allowing for a lot of light to seep through - and the head of the bed was at the exactly location this occurred. close to all things, including driving out for site seeing, eating and drinking. parkade was clean (though entry in and out might be a tight fit for some). all in all very good."

"My kids were disappointed the pool closed at 9pm, we were school shopping and didnt get to the hotel till after that...should be open till at least 10. Two queen beds which sleeps 4 and only two each of the towels and face cloths, very inconvenient and not necessary. Should at least be 4 bath towels and face cloths."

"It has good location and the room was clean, but everything else is terrible - a very old house converted into a B&B, has no parking (need to pay for parking in city parking), no staff onsite, windows are not properly sealed, hence outside noise easily comes through, room and ensuite are very small, shower is so tiny that it does not have space for shampoo or soap, and you can’t bend in the shower, AC is very noisy as well. "The place is rundown with some things fixed up well. The breakfast is delicious and it was free which we were not expecting. It was very noisy and people running in and out all night slamming doors. First the entrance door would slam and then the room door. It went on until 3 in the morning. It was worse on Thursday night than on Wednesday."
