Hotel is pretty clean, breakfast was good, parking free and we felt safe. The staff were amazing, so nice and attentive. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we had to wait for our room to be cleaned when we got there for check-in

I've staid at Phila's Club Quarters many times because of their warm and helpful staff and super location. I urge the chain to re-open the restaurant/bar at this location. It's a lovely space.
