"Room was fine but air conditioning was making some strange noises.."

"The room and bathroom were clean. Pool & jacuzzi were out of order again. The air conditioning unit was beyond loud with a whilst throughout the entire night. We barely slept. Breakfast was just nothing special."

A big shout out to Amy, our lovely server and hostess ready to accommodate everyone’s needs with an abundance of positive energy and a super smile! "The hotel is older but it was clean and the room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was average at best. Both mornings they were short on food and people had a hard time finding a clean table. They needed one more person to help. The staff that were working were fine just could not quite keep up. Not their fault"

"Very basic and overpriced. The hotel is located right next to the railway, two trains each night and very loud. Asked for towels to be replaced after the first night, they were not. Asked after the second night, they were then replaced. No housekeeping, we stayed three nights."

"The room had long strands of jet black hair all over the bathroom. I’m bald so it wasn’t mine. There were silverfish in the room likely because of the cut open screens on the windows. The room was musty smelling and dim. The bathroom fixtures were ill working and pointed so the water jetted immediately into the middle of the bathroom. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it came on, which was every 5 minutes. The walls were paper thin, we kept thinking people were entering our room...

"Obviously I should have researched the property better so I knew about breakfast but it's got a couple of things which made our stay kinda crappy: 1. No breakfast included. Not even a snack bar. Free coffee and tea, that's it. 2. Dogs in the room next door and they were barking sporadically in the night. Walls (well, room interconnecting doors) were not sound proof at all. Could hear conversation and barking really easily. On three plus side the pool was decent and the beds were comfy. Shower...
