"The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. "
"Mosquitoes are the worst on Hutchinson Island. This is known to anyone from this area. Just understand the bugs attack as soon as u exit the car and get inside. Going to the beach and pool the bugs are EVERYWHERE "

"This place isn’t fancy but we like it. This is our second time staying here. We had a balcony and an ocean view. The housekeeping lady was so nice. The restaurant next door has great pub food. Depending on the day there is live entertainment in the afternoon but it is quiet in the evening."
"My wife and I were there to celebrate a wedding over the weekend. The bathroom and closet could use a few updates. Otherwise, the facility was excellent along with the staff. We would definitely stay there again."
"The daily breakfast was very good. Hot and well prepared with several choices. Also, coffee and cold water available at all times in the lobby was a nice addition. Pool clean and easily accessible with bathing towels available. "
