"The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. "
"This place isn’t fancy but we like it. This is our second time staying here. We had a balcony and an ocean view. The housekeeping lady was so nice. The restaurant next door has great pub food. Depending on the day there is live entertainment in the afternoon but it is quiet in the evening."
"I don't understand the bad reviews. If you had bedbugs, shower broke, fridge broke, I definitely get it. But, it's a budget hotel, so expect budget. Book ahead of time and don't expect 5 star service. Do your homework. If you need a place to stay for a few nights while in town, don't overlook it. I'd stay there again."
"I am disabled & hav a service dog...there are alot of great employees that are caring, that make me feel appreciated & that go out of their way to help in anyway possible! Barbie, Lala, Samara, Dena & Maria are all amazing people that go above & beyond for whatever the guests need! Not all motels or less expensive places are like that! I need hot water every day & these ladies would take my thermos & make me a pot of hot water & bring it back to me full & with a smile!! It doesn't get better...
