Took us over 1 hour to get bedding for the pull out couch…after 3 calls, we finally received them. The shower had no door, so showers were cold. The room was freezing when we got there and took several hours to get cooled down.

We paid for a partial ocean view while were given a room at 2nd floor which we could only see AC condensers on a roof! The manager mentioned that you need to walk out of your room and pass the AC condenses all the way to the edge of roof and then you can see the Ocean and this is still called a partial ...
