Valet was always under staffed, we call know one picks up, we ask for towels we get limited, we go to the beach the hotel ran out of towels, we call for room service no one picks up, one of the elevators seemed to be in operation. It was just horrific

Catalina Hotel & Beach Club
A little dated but clean and amazing rooftop pool area. Fun, cheerful and Miami vibes. The staff I would give 10 stars. Super nice and Maria greeted us with such kindness to where it felt like she was welcoming us to her home. Word of advice if you wish to sleep late ask to be put in the building ...
