i was charged for parking and i didn't have a car. no one told me about this and it just was billed to my credit card. very poor service. please reverse charges. Also there are a lot of homeless people on the streets which is a nuisance.

AC is dirty, you can smell the dust and need to be clean it makes you sick and no fresh air. Water was cold when shower and everything in bathroom was wet because there was not a curtain on. Not worth the price with the basics that needs be checked.

This hotel is walking distance from the Brightline station which was helpful. Lots of homeless people in the bus area but the hotel is centrally located and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice also.

The room was really nice( microwave and mini refrigerator) and the amenities as well. WiFi was available, breakfast options were great, the pool area was nice and there was a floaty for my daughter to use, and the gym area was good as well.
