I love having a private place to sit outside on the balcony. The beds and rooms are always clean and they have updated a lot of the rooms. One down side is the one working elevator.

Staff was courteous, room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. However, plumbing for toilet was extremely low pressure and the phone in the bedroom did not work.

We had a great time at the hotel, we stayed here for a couple of days before heading to Miami for a cruise. Nice and relaxing and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I do wish the pool was open later, past dusk, but understand as all of the hotel rooms open to the pool.

The suites that my family and I stayed on all had a number of things that were not operating (phones ( in each of 3 suites); safes (in each of 3 suites); bathroom fans (in one of 3 suites), etc...)

Everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly, the breakfast was really good, the AC very cold. This is an old hotel, that looks like it's falling apart in some places, and a little pricey for what it is. Overall it was a good experience.

Clean, nicely renovated rooms with pleasant and helpful staff.The $40 early check in fee is not a good look for the facility. I attempted to check in at 1PM and was told I could have my room if I paid the fee. That may be appropriate for someone trying to check in during the morning hours but not for someone trying to check in 2 hours before the advertised time.
