Not a bad place to stay. Great location about 10 minutes from the beach with lots of shopping and dining nearby. A few minor inconveniences here and there, but nothing to ruin the stay. I would recommend this place for a quick and easy stay.

Needs a refresh, equipment is limited, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work, noisy, on pics when I rented there was a pool, but there was none om site, and the pictures were changed after I rented. Problems with locks. One couch had springs sticking out, towel bar fell off the wall, lights did not shut off...but staff on phone was helpful and always answered.

Roomy, good value close to the beaches.

We liked the location. We had our bikes and a short ride to all the beaches. Reservations staff was super nice and responsive. The property was clean but it is older and showing some wear and tear. We had a ground floor unit and it would've been better if the units above were carpeted, or had felt pads on all the chair legs because they make a lot of noise when moving around up above us. All in all a decent value and we used the kitchen for a lot of meals which saved money. I would come here again.

Average property. Dated unit. Pros: comfortable beds, fridge, stove, microwave, location, and parking. Cons: dated unit, old bathroom, no mop in the unit (just a broom), overall ok or average. No staff onsite, just phone support. Laundry onsite uses credit cards and will charge you $8 eve if the cucles are $1.75 each but that means we ended up paying $8 for a wash and a dry... rest is credit that will never be used. Better go with cash as the manager said it is...

The unit given was nothing lik pics, very dated, old, musty scent, that of a typical 50-60 yr old facility, obviously no amenities, no soap, shampoo as most properties would have so had to run out and buy ( they dropped off on third day) property was very noisy in surroundings. Couches, bed very basic, bathroom was very tiny and needed major work. I would unfortunately not recommend as a few hotels on AIA are better (without full kitchen) but plenty of amenities, 24 hr staff/sec housekeeping, maid, etc. For near same cost. System does not allow to add pics as I have taken and I can assure you not nice, even socket in bathroom damaged and most likely unsafe.

The apartment is a good location but not good for staying old Cabinets old vanities, shower, dirty and a small toilet like a kids toilet the TV not working plus they been saying if you check out you have to clean your dish and also you have to take your trash very hard to find the parking if you come late at night do they need to do remodeling? I already told them.
