"I didn't do my homework and read reviews before I booked. We just needed a quick place to stay after an event nearby and the price was right. The woman who checked us in was nice, but emphasized that "there are cameras everywhere." We were running late, so tossed our bags in the room (after going up soggy, filthy stairs). The room has one working lamp, a completely worn desk chair and stained carpet. No TP on the holder in the bathroom, remnants of stickers all over the wall, and mildew. While the sheets appeared clean, my daughter found hair... the thinnest coverlet imaginable and no blankets on the beds. A/C had been set to 61. After our event, we decided that we could not stay there, and ended up just grabbing our stuff and going elsewhere. The place really needs an update or tear down. Would not recommend even for just a quick stay. really filthy."

"The room was very clean, staff were very friendly and outgoing, breakfast had a great variety of choices and very tasty. Oh, and the location is ideal. You can get to any (and there are a lot) of the areas attractions very easily and quickly. Overall it was a nice one night stay."

"Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected. There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. The breakfast was also very poor. I also did not feel the situation involving my service dog was handled professionally or with much understanding, which was especially disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel honestly felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I normally do not like leaving negative reviews, but I believe future guests deserve an honest description of the experience before booking."

"A decent place to get a good nights sleep. Reasonably secure - cameras everywhere. Far enough off the main strip that its quiet at night but close enough to the strip that you can go get food ( about a three or four minute drive ) . Close to a 24 hour cvs if you come in late ( up to 1100 at night ) and realize you forgot your toothbrush and need to go get one. Its got nature in the front and the back. It was springtime when I visited and I walked out early to the sounds of red wing blackbirds in the reeds. The interior of the place looks like its been updated recently. Some of the renovations are kind of dyi but thats ok. It seemed clean enough. The floors are tile and vinyl which suggests easy cleaning. The proprietor seemed like a friendly enough guy although he spoke really fast with a strong accent so I couldnt really understand him, but thats ok too since the reservation was all set beforehand online. There was a notice on the front door that no smoking - of anything - was allowed. ( fine with me ) If I came this way again I would probably consider staying again . A reasonably priced place "
