"My boyfriend lost his pendant while getting a massage, the staff was great but the owner, Martha’s daughter was vile and not accommodating and even tried accusing us of smoking when there was no proof, the cops came and they also did not smell smoke. We had to get another hotel because this was a terrible place to stay."

"Very welcoming staff, clean and modern facilities, good location"

"Nice staff. Location is near everything clean room"

"This was such a lovely stay! My partner and I stayed here for the carnival weekend and would definitely do it again. The location is perfect, you can easily walk into downtown if you like and that morning sea view is amazing! Breakfast was always very nice and we even got Belizean fried Jacks on Sunday. Rooms were comfy and the host was the kindest lady and very helpful with suggestions. There is parking available on the property so if you are driving it is very convenient."

"la propiedad está muy bien ubicada. La gerente (Yolanda) es una gran anfitriona. Muy amorosa. YO me la pasé feliz. Seguro regreso."

"沒有主動告知大門的密碼，導致無法進入，致電飯店電話也無人接聽，真是爛透了"

"The hotel has a nice view and the rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom shower was not as clean as one would hope. The hotel entrance is surprisingly difficult to find and the check in & out experiences were quite poor"

"Having chon son palace delivered to the room was very nice."

"We lost so many things there and they found them all and got them to us!"

"It was economical,i like rooftop pool. The staff was so helpful n kind address any questions I had. My lone complaint would be ,the hot water took entirely to long to get hot and the speaker on the television was brokwn and sounded turrible."

"Everything was great. Excellent service and staff kindness. It's a great place to stay, for turism or busses highly recommended. Thank you for all the attention."

"Staff was courteous"

"I stayed on Sunday and had a comfortable stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was courteous and welcoming. One area that could use some attention is the shower head, as it needs cleaning or servicing to allow the water to spray properly. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay."
