"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking. "We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room. "Suite avec balcon pour 3 personnes. Une grande chambre et une grande pièce à vivre parfait pour 3. Seul petit bémol la Clim qui ne marche pas très bien et si on veut ouvrir les fenêtres le soir c’est très bruyant (musique complexe en face). Autrement infrastructures au top et excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant le soir (demi-pension). Personnel super."
