Staff were attentive and polite. Room was a bit too hot for sleeping. Breakfast was excellent quality but the high end restaurant was expensive for the quality of food. Also only had 3 options for children which was not great. Swimming area was lovely.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. It is super convenient if flying to and from South terminal. I made use of the luggage storage facility. So grateful that I found this hotel as it all worked out perfectly. Thank you to the team.
